RPM is happy to announce our newest Shareholder, R. Javier Guerra!

Javier received his BS in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University. During the last 30 years of practice, Javier has defended and tried cases for hospitals, nurses, pharmacists, pathologists, perfusionists and other health care professionals throughout South Texas. Javier has defended trucking accidents, dram shop cases, construction litigation (personal injury, construction defect as well as contractual disputes), real estate litigation, business litigation and commercial litigation throughout Texas with the majority of his work in San Antonio and S. Texas. He had his own law firm for over 15 years handling all manner of litigation, before joining an insurance defense firm as of counsel in 2022. He has now chosen to join Ray Peña McChristian and looks forward to the opportunity to work with so many experienced, talented attorneys.

Javier is married to Anneke and has 2 children. His daughter, Celia, is getting her master’s in social work at UTSA and his son, Max, is in his 4th year studying Mechanical Engineering at UTSA.
