Daniel is a home-grown lawyer who came back to El Paso to give to his community. Starting off his legal profession as a prosecutor for the District Attorney’s Office, he has prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies, with a special focus on drunk driving cases. Daniel has also defended against Motions to Suppress Evidence as well as Speedy Trial motions. After three years of service, he’s prepared to take on Insurance Defense Litigation with the same zeal he did as a prosecutor.
