



Zach received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Texas Tech University and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University – Dedman School of Law. In 2007, he began his legal career at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanors cases up to felonies, with a focus on major and white-collar crimes. After leaving the DA’s Office, Zach practiced family law and criminal defense before joining a well-established civil litigation firm handling insurance defense matters and commercial litigation. Zach has practiced primarily in insurance defense, as both outside and in-house counsel, handling motor vehicle accidents, construction defect cases, premises liability actions, UM/UIM claims, special investigations and fraud.
